When it comes to collaboration, we are open minded individuals who are focused on relationship building and collaboration to effectively bring about change through community engagement and boots on the ground involvement in implementation. We dedicate time, resources, energy, and other forms of capital to engage meaningfully and deliberately with partners and stakeholders to execute the various components of the projects and guide them towards achieving goals.

 

We assist with staff commitments and priorities so partners can take this work on without feeling burnt out or overwhelmed. We implement staff development and training to sharpen skills to implement a collaborative work plan through a shared vision. We focus on familiarity with technology, systems theory, and other tools that support the coordination of partners, information sharing, data collection, evaluation etc.

We offer trainings that support community inclusion, diversity, equity, and inclusion. We tailor our trainings to meet the unique needs of your organization.
